NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Dr. Stef

I’m a full-time ER physician, a divorced mom with two kids, and a Certified Life Coach. My passion is helping professional moms figure divorce out as simply and stress-free as possible so they can focus on what's important - their kids and their fresh start.

I know what it's like to struggle with divorce and coparenting. It took me years to figure out how to live my life without the constant drama that can come with trying to coparent with an ex. Now I want to share with you one of my keys to unlocking freedom from coparenting drama.

My goal is to teach you tools and concepts you can master and use in your day-to-day life. Then, whenever life throws you a curveball, you know how to figure life out on your terms.  You will be self-confident, empowered, resilient, and will have your own back in any situation. You will know you can figure out whatever divorce and coparenting throws at you!

Testimonials

"I’ve worked with Dr. Stef and can say I’ve learned some amazing tools and coping mechanisms. Highly recommend her.”

—P.C.

"It was very useful talking with [Dr. Stef] in the early parts of the divorce process.  The best advice was about communicating with my now ex husband.  I kept all my communications business like and to the point and tried to leave out the emotion.... Every time I compose an email to him, I think about leaving out the word "I" and asking "would you consider" rather than telling him what I want him to do.... Since we still have to parent our children together, I think this will forever be in my arsenal.
