By subscribing to and participating in Figure Divorce Out membership community (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Description and Access

This membership provides access to:

• Regular group coaching calls with Dr. Stef
• Community discussion board
• Recorded group call replays (available for 1-2 weeks after each call)

Access to all membership benefits begins immediately upon successful payment and continues until the end of your current billing period, even if you cancel during that period.

2. Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly on the same date as your initial purchase
• All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable
• Price changes may occur with 30 days advance notice

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

1. Logging into your account
2. Navigating to your settings
3. Going to the billing information section
4. Selecting the "Cancel subscription" option

Important:

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to all membership benefits until your current billing period expires
• No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription

4. Content Usage and Restrictions

Prohibited Activities:

• Sharing, downloading, copying, or distributing any video content, call recordings, or proprietary materials
• Recording group coaching calls or taking screenshots of discussions without express permission
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your membership account

Permitted Use:

• Content is for your personal use only within the membership platform
• You may participate in discussions and access materials during your active membership period

5. Community Guidelines and Member Conduct

All members are expected to maintain a supportive and open-minded environment. We are here to find guidance and create positive behavioral changes.

Community Standards:

• Treat all members with respect and kindness
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other members' shared experiences
• Stay open to different perspectives and approaches
• Focus on constructive dialogue and mutual support

Violation Process:

• First violation: One-on-one communication to clarify expectations and rectify the situation
• Continued violations: Immediate subscription cancellation with access revoked, without refund

6. Privacy and Recordings

Privacy Commitment: All communications within the membership community are confidential and private.

Call Recordings:

• Group coaching calls are recorded for member benefit
• By participating in calls, you consent to being recorded
• Recordings are available for replay within the private community area for 1-2 weeks after each call
• Recordings are not shared outside the membership community

Confidentiality: Members agree to keep all discussions, shared experiences, and personal information of other members strictly confidential.

7. Professional Disclaimers

Dr. Stef is not a licensed attorney or tax professional. While conversations touching on legal or tax topics are permitted within the coaching context, any information provided should not be construed as legal or tax advice. Members are encouraged to consult with qualified professionals for specific legal or tax matters.

The coaching and guidance provided are for educational and personal development purposes and do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

8. Technical Requirements and Platform

This service operates on the Kajabi platform. Members must:

• Have reliable internet access
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age to participate

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Stef and the membership service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Direct Communication: Any disputes should first be addressed through direct communication with Dr. Stef's team
2. Mediation: If direct communication fails to resolve the issue, disputes will be resolved through binding mediation in Colorado
3. Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Colorado

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violation of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or at our discretion. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.
